Credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed. If you are paying by check or money order, we will process your order once payment has been received and cleared by us. Mail checks/money orders to: BowWowsBest.com, 944 Greensward Lane, Delray Beach, FL 33445.

Shipping

You can expect to receive in-stock merchandise within 7 business days. Otherwise, standard shipping time can be up to 10 business days. Items shipped directly from our manufacturers may arrive in several different packages. Please allow additional delivery times for personalized or custom orders.

Items shipped overseas and/or to Canada may also exceed standard shipping times and fees. We will contact you via email for your approval of the additional amount and to let you know if your shipment will be delayed.

For an additional fee, some items can be delivered next day. Please contact us for additional pricing for this service. We will notify you via e-mail if there will be a delay and give you the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Back Orders

Because of the nature of our business, an item purchased may be on backorder from the manufacturer/designer and they may not notify us at the time you make your purchase. We will notify you as soon as possible of an approximate shipping date and you will be given the option to wait or cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order, you will receive an immediate refund.

Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, you may choose a merchandise exchange or store credit. You must notify us within 15 days of receipt of your package for an exchange or store credit, which is good for one year.

All returns/exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from BowWowsBest.com. To obtain an RMA, call 1-561-495-9971 or email info@bowwowsbest.com. The RMA Number must be placed on the outside of the package.

To return a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your merchandise. We reserve the right to determine if a product is defective and are not responsible for issuing refunds on merchandise due to wear and tear from your pet.

All returns/exchanges must be in original packaging with tags attached, unused and in saleable condition. Please note: there will be a restocking fee of $6.00 deducted from a store credit for returns. If this is an exchange, you will be charged shipping and handling on the exchange item sent.

We recommend that you ship returned items via an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. BowwowsBest is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Unless you are returning a defective or damaged product, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Returns Eligibility

Some of our items are custom ordered or not otherwise eligible for returns/exchanges. Please read the item descriptions carefully before ordering.

Carriers -- Carriers are not eligible for returns/exchange. Pet carriers have limits for sizes and weight restrictions for each carrier. Please choose the appropriate size carefully.

Beds -- Please inspect the bed immediately upon arrival. If you are unsure of the size/fit, we recommend that you use a protective cover before allowing your pet to lie down. You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt in order to return/exchange a bed. All returns/exchanges must be in original packaging with tags attached, unused and in saleable condition. Please Note: Bowser Beds are considered custom orders and cannot be returned or exchanged.
