Payment Information: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and check/debit cards. Credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed. If you are paying by mailing us a check or money order, we will process your order once payment has been received and cleared by us.

Shipping: If merchandise is in stock, you can expect to receive it in 7-14 days. Otherwise, standard shipping time will be 2-3 weeks. Items shipped directly from our manufacturers may have longer delivery times and they may arrive in several different packages. Please also allow additional delivery times for personalized or custom-made items. Items shipped overseas and/or Canada may also exceed traditional shipping times and fees. We will contact you via email for your approval of the added amount and to let you know if your shipment will be delayed. For an additional fee, some items can be delivered next day. Please contact us for additional pricing for this service.
To provide our customers with a wide variety of merchandise, many items are shipped directly from our suppliers and are not kept in stock. We will make every effort to ship orders out as soon as possible. We will also notify you as to approximate delivery date, if the item is not in stock.
Back Orders: Because of the nature of our business, an item purchased may be on backorder from the manufacturer/designer and also possible that the manufacturer may not notify us upon your purchase. We will notify you as soon as possible of an approximate shipping day and you will be given the option to wait or cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order, you will receive the entire amount of your order, including shipping, refunded to your and processed immediately.
Privacy Policy: Any information that you entrust to us via www.bowwowsbest.com will be held in strictest confidence. None of your personal information will be given or sold to any person or business unless prior authorization has been obtained. We appreciate your business and respect your privacy.
Return Policy: Effective January 1, 2006 we will no longer issue refunds for returned merchandise; we will only exchange returned items or issue store credit. You must notify us within 15 days of receipt of your package for an exchange or store credit, which is good for one year. (Please read below for exceptions).
All returns/exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from BowWowsBest.com, no exceptions will be made. The RMA can be obtained by phone 561.495.9971 or email to info@bowwowsbest.com. . The RMA Number must be placed on the outside of the package. Returns or exchanges received without a Return Authorization will be refused and will not be processed.
To return a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your merchandise. We reserve the right to determine if a product is defective and are not responsible for issuing refunds on merchandise due to wear and tear from your pet.
All returns/exchanges must be in original packaging with tags attached, unused and in sellable condition (no hair, no smoke or other smells).
It is recommended that you ship returned items with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. BowWowsBest is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
BowWowsBest reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for each return/exchange item. The customer is responsible for shipping cost back for exchanges. We maintain no responsibility for incorrect measurements provided by the customer. (See Beds below for exception)
Some of our items are custom ordered or not otherwise eligible for returns/exchanges. Please read the item descriptions carefully before ordering.
Carriers are not eligible for RETURNS/EXCHANGE. Pet carriers have limits for sizes and weight restrictions for each carrier. Choose the appropriate size carefully.
Beds will incur a 20% restocking fee on all RETURNS/EXCHANGES to cover actual shipping and handling. Please inspect the bed immediately upon arrival. If you are unsure of the size/fit, we recommend that you use a protective cover before allowing your pet to lie down. You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt in order to RETURN/EXCHANGE a bed. Again. all returns/exchanges must be in original packaging with tags attached, unused and in sellable condition (no hair, no smoke or other smells). Please Note: Browser Beds are considered custom orders and cannot be returned/exchanged.
